Westside School offer full time alternative educational provision for students in years 9, 10, and 11. The school is based in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

The School required a partner who would engage the local community in utilising the spaces that would become free after 3.30pm, on weekends and during summer holidays.

It was important for Westside that once the new facilities were ready for use, they were visible via the internet to the local and wider community. The intergrated marketing website, www.westsideschool.schoolbookings.co.uk, enables the facilities to be promoted, attract hirers and share the activities schedule with the local community. In addition, BookingsPlus provides the school with a robust and efficient school-specific administration system.

We now work with Westside on a day per month consultancy basis, bringing in new enquiries, developing their marketing strategy and advising on community initiatives and opportunities. Westside employ their own site staff to manage the day-to-day management of the lettings administration as well as manage customers on site.
