Based in Swindon The White Horse Federation (WHF) is a Multi-Academy Trust which supports Primary, Secondary and Special schools in the south of England. They are a trust with vision and ambition and have schools in Wiltshire, Swindon, Oxfordshire and Gloucester. We were approached by the Commercial Director, John Costello, who identified that within their portfolio of schools they had wonderful facilities that were laying dormant during the evenings and weekends. Promoting school lettings was not only a way to increase valuable income but also a way to showcase the facilities to the community and become a hub for local activities.

The BookingsGuru team will be managing the administration and marketing initially for five schools in Swindon. Kicking off by building websites and booking templates is the first task, followed by a local online marketing campaign involving website promotion and directly contacting Swindon based organisations. Enquiries through the website are initially vetted by the BookingsGuru team and then sent over to the site teams to view the facilities. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the federation.
