Woodcote High School approached Kajima Community to assist with upgrading their old lettings processes to a new efficient online system.
Since implementing the software it has become an integral tool for the lettings department, increasing lettings enquiries and bookings by 28% compared to the previous year.
In just six months, the school have started to see an increase in their lettings income. The increase in the number of enquiries via the bespoke website has been a revelation, something that would not have been achieved with the traditional brochures and newsletters.
The school were impressed with the software’s ability to allow hirers the facility to log-in and see their bookings and invoices online and to make payments on-the-go. More emphasis is on the hirer to carry out tasks to make the administrators time more efficient and streamlined. It has also improved the customer experience as well.
